职位描述
协助研发经理完成日常部门辅助工作；
Support R&D manager finish daily work
与比利时研发人员沟通互动，分析内部需求，确认并协助安排开发结果；
Communicate with Belgium technical unit and take the demand of Local unit, check and arrange the result for them.
分析并设计面料结构；
Analysis the fabric and design the fabric construction
开发新的面料供应商，以向比利时总部提供新的产品及质量；
Develop new fabric supplier and propose new quality to the headquarter
与比利时总部共享公司内部的产品开发成果；
Share the local development result with headquarter
有丰富的梭织面料，胚布及染色后整理经验，有面料开发相关资源；
及时有效地完成上级交办的其他工作。
Complete the other work arrangement assigned by superior.
